By accessing Digital Memories Platform ("DMP", the "Service"), you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter contracts. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information on your account and for the activity that occurs under it.
DMP is offered as a subscription (Starter, Professional, Studio Pro). Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. GST invoices are issued to Indian studios.
You agree not to misuse the Service, upload unlawful content, attempt to breach security, or use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communication.
You retain ownership of your data. DMP retains ownership of the software and the platform.
You may cancel your subscription any time. DMP may suspend accounts violating these Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DMP's liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding three months.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to arbitration.
